Telensa joins DiiA as a Regular Member: Total membership exceeds 160 companies

DiiA, the global industry alliance for DALI-2 lighting control, is pleased to welcome Telensa as a new Regular Member. A full list of all current members can be viewed here.

Based in Cambridge, UK, Telensa describes itself as making “wireless smart-city applications, helping cities, regional authorities and utilities around the world save energy, work smarter and deliver more joined-up services.”

The company claims that its smart streetlight control system is the most deployed in the world, with a global footprint of more than one million lights, including the world’s largest deployment with a leading US utility.

With the addition of Telensa, DiiA now has 24 Regular Members, along with more than 130 Associate Members. Benefits of the different membership classes can be viewed here.

Meanwhile, two more luminaire manufacturers have registered as Community members:

• Orpoint Lighting Ltd (Israel)
